「京急蒲田駅から好立地のモダンなアパートメント型ホテル」
京急蒲田駅から近く、近くにコンビニや地元有名飲食店（羽根つき餃子のニーハオ）などがあり、さらに徒歩圏内に銭湯があるので、大田区の滞在を満喫することができます。ホテル自体は、トイレとシャワー室はとてもきれいで、和室も琉球畳を使ったお部屋でした。 また、今回海外から一時帰国で、免許証を更新しなければならない際、ホテル等の社判・社印等を押印した一時帰国（滞在）証明書を提出しなければならなかったのですが、すぐに対応していただき、無事に免許証を更新することができました。
あえて言えば、コンセントでUSBの差込口のあるものが、いくつかあるとよいと思いました。海外から来た場合、携帯電話を充電したい際、日本用のコンセントの変換器をコンビニ等で買わないといけなくなり、かつ家族５人で来たもので、充電がうまくできなかったので、USBもしくはTypeC対応のソケットがあると便利だと思いました。 また、京急から近い好立地というのの表裏一体なのですが、早朝と深夜に電車の音が、二重窓で締めても少し気になるところがあるので、人によっては耳栓を用意したほうがよいかもしれません。

静かに過ごす事ができ快適でした。 近くにスーパーもあり、少し歩くとコンビニや焼き肉屋が有りとても良かったです。

「今回も快適なアパート暮らしを楽しめた」
ロケーション ワンフロア1世帯の独立した部屋 窓が多くある部屋は明るく掃除も行き届いておりきれいだった 設備が充実している 和室があるので落ち着ける 今回の部屋は食品用ラップ、ガムテープ、延長電気コード他、備品が充実していた
トイレ、シャワールーム共にもう少し横幅が欲しい 小さく使いずらい洗面台 ２重窓でもうるさい電車と車の騒音 スリッパがあればよかった 柔軟剤もあればもっとよかった インターホン・電気開錠、宅配ボックスがないのでフードデリバリーや宅配便を頼みにくい
